The Fine Print: Hosting is for a single WordPress installation.
While every effort will be made to safeguard and secure your website, even the best security can be compromised. Our hosting partner will attempt to restore sites that have been hacked. We will assist in any way possible, but will not be responsible for any cost incurred to restore a hacked website. If needed, we can help coordinate with a service to restore your website.
Occasionally, WordPress Core, Theme, or Plugin updates can cause issues that affect website functionality or layout. Correcting these issues is beyond the scope of regular maintenance and may be billed at our current hourly rate.
Client Responsibility: Client must notify us if they receive notifications about updates to premium themes and plugins. Client agrees to visit and review each website on a regular basis and inform us of any issues that may have been caused by an update. Please check websites a minimum of once per month. More frequent checks are recommended.
About Email: We do not offer email hosting. We can help you get set up with email through G Suite (formerly Google Apps for Work) or Gmail.
